Shipping & Returns
UK Deliveries

FREE Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £50.
​
We ship orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class and can usually be expected within 2-4 working days.

If you need your items urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

International Deliveries

Sorry international delivery is not available at this time.

Returns
We hope that you won't want to return any of our products but if you do please note that our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Damages
​
We take every care to ensure your items are properly protected during transit but appreciate that occasionally damages may occur. We will refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of receiving it. Please check your order immediately and contact us at inspiredresinart@yahoo.com if any items are damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

​Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom orders or personalised items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

​Exchanges
​
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds​
​
​We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
